Supporting Veterans on the
Road to Recovery
Veteran X WNC helps provide recognition, resources, and community support for disabled veterans participating in the Veteran X program at a local VA hospital.

About Veteran X WNC
Veteran X WNC is a veteran nonprofit serving disabled veterans in recovery through the Veteran X program at a local VA hospital. We help fund the meaningful support, recognition, and program needs that help veterans stay engaged, encouraged, and connected throughout their recovery journey.
From certificates of achievement and graduation dinners to weekly coffee, snacks, holiday events, cookouts, bowling nights, plaques, and needed supplies, our work is centered on one simple belief: veterans should know their hard work is seen, valued, and supported.
"Every act of recognition matters. Every veteran deserves to feel seen."
Why This Work Matters
Recovery takes consistency, encouragement, and community. Small acts of support can help veterans continue showing up, participating, and moving forward. Veteran X WNC exists to help make those moments possible.
Recognition Encourages Progress
Certificates, plaques, and milestone celebrations remind veterans that their effort matters and that their progress is being noticed.
Community Keeps Veterans Connected
Shared meals, coffee, snacks, cookouts, and group activities help create connection and give veterans more reasons to stay engaged.

Donations help provide items, events, and resources that support the program experience beyond what standard budgets may cover.
